2008 Trailer Park Rates

Full hookups are available (sewer, water and electric) for trailers and RV's. We do not have a separate toilet/shower building so your trailer must be self contained.

	$20.00 / day for 2-people.
	$125.00 / week for 2-people.
	$400.00 / month for 2-people.
	$1,575.00 / season for 2-people.

The "season is from May 1 to September 30, weather permitting.

… $5.00 / day for each additional guest.

… Each site has connections to a 65-foot TV tower and receives five channels of UHF / VHF television. No extra charge.

… Each site has a meter to measure electricity usage. Users will be charged at rates then prevailing from Crow Wing Cooperative Power and Light Company. Seasonal sites billed monthly.

… Seasonal rentals may leave their trailers for the winter at no additional cost. The Resort assumes no responsibility for trailers or RV's left unattended.

… Pets must be leached at all times, be kept quiet and NOT be left unattended. Owners are responsible for damage, accidents and clean-up.

Trailer Park Deposits

A $275.00 deposit for each seasonal reservation is due February 1st or 7-days after reservations are made. Balance due May 1st.

A 25.00 deposit for all other reservations is due 7-days after reservations are made.
